VICTOR (Born free in Mali- around 1982 / arrived in MONA in 2006) In the past....Taken from his mother at a very early age, as are all chimpanzees that are captured while free. Bought as a pet and passed on to a park in France when adult. Strong points...A good groomer. His need for acceptance led him to develop social skills like as playing, hugging, and other supportive behavior. Weak points....Castrated. Frequent swaying while holding a security blanket. Loves....crazy about meatballs and vegetable soup. When in need of a blanket, he will prefer a plaid one with a pleasant smell. |
